Performance
Core Web Vitals as a floor. Image pipeline, font strategy, JS budget. The mechanical wins most agencies skip because they're not glamorous — but they move conversion.
/ 01 — services & pricing
Small-business work is productized into fixed tiers. Mid-market integration and AI work is scoped per project, starting with a paid scoping sprint.
/ 02 — the four pillars
Core Web Vitals as a floor. Image pipeline, font strategy, JS budget. The mechanical wins most agencies skip because they're not glamorous — but they move conversion.
Content workflows your team can actually run. Headless when it earns the complexity (Sanity, Contentful, Payload); simpler stacks when it doesn't. No more tickets to update hours.
Shopify connected to Acumatica, Cin7, Fishbowl, or NetSuite. Inventory, orders, customer records — staying in sync between your wholesale ERP and your DTC store. The work nobody markets and everyone past $1M revenue needs.
Technical SEO and paid-ads management by the same operator who built the site. Schema, content, Google Ads, Meta Ads — accountable to one person, not a hand-off chain.
/ 03 — fixed tiers
The work most of my Wisconsin clients hire me for. Pick the tier that fits where you are. Not sure? Start with an audit.

/ 04 — for mid-market
Shopify+ERP integration, AI builds, and full search retainers vary too much by data and team for a flat fee to be honest. The path starts with a paid scoping sprint and ends with a real fixed-price quote.
$2,500one-time
One to two weeks of structured discovery. You walk away with a written architecture, a fixed-price build quote, and a roadmap — yours to keep whether you hire me for the build or not. Credited toward the build cost if you sign within 30 days.
// typical build ranges
Published in good faith. Your actual quote comes out of the scoping sprint, where we see what your data and existing systems actually look like.
/ 05 — common questions
50% to start, 50% on launch for one-time projects. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Scoping sprints are paid up front and credited toward the build if you sign within 30 days. Pay by ACH or card.
Because the variance in your data, team, and existing systems is too high for a flat fee to be honest. Anyone publishing a flat number for Shopify+ERP integration is either underpricing themselves or overcharging you. The scoping sprint exists to convert range into a real fixed-price quote.
We can talk. Audits are a good starting point and let me scope a smaller engagement if that's the right fit. Standalone retainers are also fine, especially for search.
Yes, but Wisconsin clients get priority and in-person meetings. Shopify+ERP work in particular often ends up remote since the buyers are wherever the manufacturers are. The work product is the same.
Site Refresh ships in 3–4 weeks. Performance and conversion wins usually show within weeks of launch. SEO compounds over 30–90 days. Integration work is judged differently — usually by how much manual ops time disappears in the first month after go-live.
Photography, video production, copywriting beyond light editing, and custom application work outside the four pillars. I can refer you to people I trust for any of those.
If you're not satisfied with the $750 audit, I refund it — no questions. For everything else, the fixed-scope contract is the guarantee: agreed deliverables for the agreed price.
