Hi, I'm Ray Cisneros.
Ten years building sites,
now freelance from Milwaukee.

I've been building websites and software for 10 years — most recently at Lightburn (2019–2026), where I built sites and integrations for brands like Mercury Marine, Douglas Dynamics, Seaguar, and Trico. Most of that work was as a frontend dev on a team — not the lead on every project, but the person responsible for shipping the pixels and making the integrations work. I started this practice to focus on the work I do best: fast sites, integrated systems, and the search visibility that makes them findable.

I live in Milwaukee with my family. When I'm not at the computer I'm probably outside, cooking, or losing at chess.

How I work.

  • Fixed scope, fixed price. You know what you're paying and what you're getting before we start. Heavier projects start with a paid scoping sprint so the price is real, not hand-waved.
  • Small client load. I take on a handful of engagements at a time so each one actually gets attention.
  • Plain language. No jargon, no “synergies.” If I can't explain why something matters to your business, it probably doesn't.
  • Measurable outcomes. Real analytics on every project. Integration work is judged by how much manual ops time disappears after go-live.

The fastest way is to request a free audit. I'll spend real time on your site and send back three findings that matter. From there we figure out whether a longer engagement makes sense.
